Weishardt achieves an overall score of 86/100
Since March 1, 2019, a new decree has come into effect regarding the application and calculation of the Gender Equality Index, rated out of 100 and assigned based on four indicators.
The result of the index reflects a consistent policy regarding compensation. It encourages us to continue and enhance our efforts in terms of pay equity between women and men.
The total of the calculable indicators is scaled to 100 points by applying the proportionality rule.Social commitments
Beyond our walls, we also undertake social initiatives. We encourage local sports by supporting:
- Sporting Club Graulhétois (rugby club in Graulhet)
- Professional athletes such as Maxime Valet (Paralympic fencing champion), Célia Perron (French Heptathlon champion), Hugo Corbillé (participant in the world gliding championships), and many more.
We are dedicated to the cultural development of the region by supporting the Graulhet Battery Orchestra and the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum in Albi. We also support individuals and organizations advocating for causes such as education, social care, humanitarian missions, and solidarity:
- Participation and open houses during Science Day
- Partnership with CEM (Multisport Educational Center of Graulhet)
- Partnership with the Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque Association, which takes care of foreign children for major surgeries that cannot be performed in their home countries.
These actions have allowed Weishardt to be ranked among the top 20% of companies for CSR performance according to EcoVadis standards.
